 As advertised over the last few weeks the Claretian Family day is fast approaching. Due to the huge response we organised an extra coach. Unfortunately, there are no more places available.
As usual we look forward to a fun packed day. Somewhat different from last year will be a specially prepared booklet on the history on the Towers and the community at Buckden, as well as stalls with books and souvenirs. Activities for the children will include a bouncy castle, crafts and games. The programme for the day is as follows:-
12.00 Opening prayers in St Hugh's.
12.30 - 3.45pm Book & Souvenir stall, Bouncy Castle, Children"s activities, Steel Band etc
12:30 - 2.30pm Barbeque
2.30pm Planting of commemorative tree
4.00pm Mass in Knot Garden
5.00pm Tea, cakes & scones in the main house
The coach will be leaving from Hayes at 10.15 am sharp and returning at approximately 7.30pm. |
