Legion of Mary
Accommodation required by the Legion of Mary for 9 legionaries coming to our parish (7 ladies and 2 gentlemen) to engage in vital apostolic work within the parish from 26th July to the 2nd August.

If you know of anyone (aged 7+) who would like to know more about the Catholic faith or to become a Catholic, contact Anna or Fr Martin. Practising Catholics are also welcome to support enquirers and share your experience of faith.

Confirmation Certificate Mass
To mark the new stage our young people have reached in their faith life, we will present the newly confirmed with their certificates and ?...send them forth with our prayers to be witnesses to their faith? on Saturday 5th July during the 6.30pm Mass.
First Communion
1. The final celebration takes place today during the 12 noon Mass.
2. ?Sending Forth? (Certificate Mass) will take place on Sunday 13th July during the 10.00am Mass followed by a social gathering in the Main Hall afterwards.
Save Cherry Lane Cemetery
Please sign the petition against the planned destruction of any part of Cherry Lane Cemetery and the desecration of the graves therein in favour of access roads being developed by BAA to accommodate the hugely unpopular Third runway and sixth terminal at Heathrow Airport .
This the last opportunity to sign a Petition form which are available in the Church and Parish office.
The Douay Martyrs School
The school is proud to present its first whole school show production in ten years.
?The Little Shop of Horrors? will be presented on Thursday 10th July at the school commencing at 7.00pm. Tickets ?6 adults, ?5 concessions. Programmes ?1 with a free entry to a prize competition.
Friends of the Homeless
The Friends of the Homeless, who take food each Friday evening to approximately 150 homeless in London , are in desperate need of your help.
In particular they are looking for donations of tinned meat, tinned fish and sandwiches to help cater for the people they help. All items can be left in the Parish Office on a Friday up to 7.00pm .
The Friends are also grateful for the financial donations received during the past week of ?25.00 & ?5.00.
